Missouri Air National Guardsman receives prestigious safety award

The Air National Guard Safety Center recently selected Tech. Sgt. Patrick Hatcher, occupational safety manager for the 131st Bomb Wing, for the prestigious 2016 Air National Guard Individual Ground Safety Award.
