Benefits

Work 1 Weekend a Month – 2 Weeks a Year
Gives you the flexibility to stay local, work part-time, and serve your country and state. Get paid to learn a trade – you'll get to pick the job you want to learn in technical school, based on your ASVAB and Medical Examination.

Up to 100% Free College Tuition
Known as "Tuition Assistance," get your tuition covered to an approved college or university in the state of Missouri. That's equivalent to $321.30 per credit hour for up to 39 credit hours per year. Equals up to $12,530.70 per year as payments go directly to your school. Earn an additional $747 a month through select Air Force Career Fields and the GI Bill Kicker just to help with finances as a full-time college student.

Experience
Being a member of the Air Guard allows you to be a part of something that is bigger than yourself. Through your experiences with the Air National Guard, you will build a resume that will separate you from your peers. It will also allow you to build relationships that can help your civilian employment opportunities.
