Staff Sgt. Joy Pyles, 131st Civil Engineer Squadron utility system non-commissioned officer, was awarded the Diamond Sharp Award January UTA by Master Sgt. Fernando Martins, 131st FW 1st Sergeant. Sergeant Pyles was chosen for this award due to her customer service, leadership, and history of outstanding performance while performing duties contributing to the environmental health and safety for all military personnel.
