131st Bomb Wing members clean up after category EF2 tornado hits south side of Lambert Air National Guard Base

Chaplain Lt. Colonel Scott Doby addresses members of the 131st Bomb Wing during a safety brief in Hanger 1 on the north side of the base, April 25. "There are a lot of memories and emotions attached to this place," said Doby, "but we need to slow down. Now is the time to lean upon each other. We can keep on keepin' on." A category EF2 tornado hit Lambert-Saint Louis International Airport and swept across the 131st Bomb Wing Missouri Air National Guard Base, April 22. No injuries were reported to Air National Guard personnel, but there was widespread damage across the south side of the base. Cleanup efforts at the base are ongoing. (Photo by Master Sgt.
