Missouri Air and Army Guardsmen aid Carroll County residents
Flood missions continued throughout Carroll County as members of the Missouri Army National Guard and Missouri Air National Guard joined forces July 9 to continue sandbagging at Belcher Lozier levee and Miles Point levee. Residents were also in attendance to help. Troops at hand included the 1-129th Field Artillery Regiment, the 220th Engineer Company, the 880th Engineer Team, and the 131st Bomb Wing Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. (Photo by Spc.
