131st Bomb Wing Military and Family Readiness Program emblemThe 131st Military & Family Readiness Center assists the Total Force Integration concept while promoting self-sufficiency, enhancing mission readiness, retention, and adaptation to the Air Force way of life. We provide Air Force members, their families, and leadership with measurable and effective services. This includes linking members and their families to training and information that can help reach employment and career development goals, as well as financial counseling, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) support and referral, Military Family Life Consultants, and Family Life programs. Working with other Helping Agencies and Social Services, we are committed to serving and supporting the military community both at Whiteman Air Force Base and Jefferson Barracks with a multitude of resources and classes and resources.
