131st Resource Team

The 131st Resource Team promotes resiliency in the face of military and personal life stressors for Airmen and their families during peacetime and upon mobilization. This includes personal, financial, family, community readiness, deployment cycle support, crisis intervention, transition assistance, outreach, training, information referral and follow-up, life skills education, review and analysis of program effectiveness, and volunteer program management.

We are located in the ARCH at Jefferson Barracks, and in the Silverplate Center at Whiteman AFB.

131st Bomb Wing Sexual Assault Prevention and Response: Sexual Assault Response Coordinators and Victim Advocates are available to assist survivors of sexual assault. The 131st Bomb Wing SARC serves as the single point of contact for integrating and coordinating sexual assault victim care for members of the wing. The SARC office is also responsible for providing Sexual Assault Prevention training throughout the wing.

The 131st Military & Family Readiness Center assists the Total Force Integration concept while promoting self-sufficiency, enhancing mission readiness, retention, and adaptation to the Air Force way of life. Working with other Helping Agencies and Social Services, we are committed to serving and supporting the military community.

Director of Psychological Health

The Psychological Health Program provides free and confidential services to members of the Missouri Air National Guard and their families. The program offers convenient access to a psychological health expert for consultation, resource coordination, and emotional support. Common concerns include work and personal stressors, relationship discord, anxiety, depression,
grief, and deployment challenges.

Chaplain

The 131 BW Chaplain Corps provides a variety of services including life & spiritual counseling that is completely confidential. Chaplains are ready to provide members & their families with counseling about workplace, spiritual, marital/relationship, trauma, loss, suicide, and financial matters. 131 BW Chaplains have a combined 37+ years of life-coaching experience covering nearly every facet of life, and they stand ready to meet the needs of Missouri Air National Guard members & their families. In addition to targeted counseling, Chaplains ensure the free exercise of religion for all wing members and are available to provide for every member’s 1st Amendment rights.
